This very nice class A tunic is named to William Oswald army serial number 35313559 who enlisted on July 10th,1942 in Cleveland Ohio. He was a grade 4 sergeant as reflected by the chevrons found on both sleeves of the jacket. The jacket features a wonder early war Tank Battalion patch on the left shoulder.
